Child Under 3- Add on to Caregiver Appt

Service Description

This is an ADD ON booking for a child under 3. This appointment can includes a toothpaste polish, fluoride (if needed) and a quick exam, but is based on the child's wants/needs.

Cancellation Policy

Due to high demand and our complex schedule we kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment otherwise a rebooking fee of $40 may be assessed.
