New Client Exam and Cleaning (Teen)

Service Description

This booking is for new clients ages 12-17. Includes comprehensive exam, cleaning (up to 40 minutes), polish & fluoride, oral cancer screening, nutritional assessment as needed.

Cancellation Policy

Due to high demand and our complex schedule we kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment otherwise a rebooking fee of $40 may be assessed.
