What is Wandering Pearl?
Wandering Pearl is a completely mobile, full service dental hygiene clinic inside of a specially outfitted 2019 Mercedes Sprinter van. Primarily staffed by owner, Anna Nelson, Pearl travels throughout Vancouver Island to help people access dental hygiene care.

Anna Nelson DHP, BSc ~ Dental Hygiene Practitioner & Owner, Wandering Pearl Dental Hygiene

Anna graduated from VIU with a dental hygiene diploma in 2010- prior to that she completed a BSc in biology and worked in lab sciences for a community college in California.
Along with helping you maintain your smiles in Pearl, Anna also works as a clinical instructor at VIU in the dental hygiene program.
Anna is mom to 3 busy boys and a dog named Miss Nibs.
A Nanaimo local, Anna is excited to be providing a unique service to central Vancouver Island.
Ashley
Ashley Robertson RDH ~ Regiserted Dental Hygienist, Wandering Pearl Dental Hygiene

Ashley is Nanaimo local and completed her dental hygiene education at VIU in 2010. As an avid cross fit athlete and mom of 2, Ashley manages to keep very busy when she is not travelling with Pearl and caring for your smiles.
Ashley provides mobile dental hygiene care 2 days a week.
